The 21st century, college education of our country presents vigorous development. The university teaching management faces both the opportunity of fast development, and the challenge of intense international competition, so it has been played an important role to improve college education quality.In order to adapt the social development further, enhances the competition of school, as a comprehensive colleges which stresses on sciences and engineering, the Shenyang Ligong University places the teaching quality of management discipline the important status. Therefore, it has certain practical significance to establish an appraisal system of teaching quality to suit the management discipline of Shenyang Ligong University.Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and the significance as well as the present research situation of domestic and foreign, then introduces correlation theories about teaching quality of management discipline, elaborates and analysis which factors influent the quality of teaching ,explains the relations of the main and the object of teaching quality appraise; secondly, introduces the present situation and the characteristic of management discipline of Shenyang Ligong University, and analysis the present appraisal system; thirdly, promotes each appraisal target from the institute, the teacher, and the student three aspects, constructs appraisal system of teaching quality of management discipline of Shenyang Ligong University; Finally, appraises the teaching quality of management discipline practically. Design three kinds of questionnaire to suit the institute, the teacher, and the students separately, meanwhile, analysis the appraisal result, finds the weakness, and proposes the countermeasures to improve the teaching quality further.
