The Research On The Model Of Governance Of Sports Industry In China

As a new "economic growth" and a new industry in our country , Sports industry has not yet ripe to form a complete theoretical of the development of sports industry.The academic study of sports is that how to manage the sports industry, but it has not risen to a high degree of governance and there is no systematic theory about the model of governance for the sports industry study.In this study, I combined with corporate governance, economics and sports anagement theory, standing on the point of view of governance.and I put forward the concept of governance sports industry, specifically the management role of the main body of the sports industry, object, stakeholders, government, markets and trade associations organizations in the industry through the process of governance.So I build a suitable model of governance about sports development in our country.To start the impact of governance factors and the impact of building a foreign sports industry and the development model, focusing on the objective conditions, basic principles, the basic idea, the proposed governance of China' s sports industry should be used in PE Association-based organizations, the diversity of informal collaborative model of governance, as"market-based trade association for the Government to the non-governmental organizations", highlighting the coordination of third-party role of intermediary organizations. Depending on the country planning and command means and the use of the regulating role of the market, we reach the market under the Pareto optimality in economics (Pare-to Optimum) with a number of factors together. In turn from the policies and regulations, market mechanisms, the role of trade associations and an analysis of the diversification of China' s sports industry model of collaborative governance and the protection of environment to a high degree of resolve from the good governance of the sports industry' s optimal allocation of resources problem, the model can improve the rationalization of the layout of the sports industry and further promote the development of the tertiary industry of great significance for our country.
