There are some problems in the primary school Chinese teaching after the new curriculum reform. The mastery of teaching target is not comprehensive enough in some case, and the professional development is neglected in another case. SuShuangjin is a primary Chinese master teacher with new ideas of education, who comes from Jiangsu province. Learnings about his professional development、his ideas of education and himself are benefit for the development of the primary Chinese language teacher. This thesis is aiming at giving assistance to the primary Chinese language teacher by individual professional development. This thesis includes three parts:In the first part, the Sun’ teaching belief and its background, connotation, theoretical basis and value are introduced, and an analysis about his teaching theory is carried out. In the second part, a concrete analysis of the "love wisdom language" teaching mode is made:entry-start feeling, understand-wisdom generation, exchange and expression-development and show out the love wisdom, conclusion-"love wisdom language" emotion with wisdom, love with wisdom. In the third part, the revelation by Sun’s professional teaching development is summarized, which is benefit for the primary Chinese language teacher:Teachers are supposed to temper their basic skills, try to be versatile, to read and study, to accumulate knowledge and academics, to explore the nature and law of education, to go beyond, dare to innovate. The learning of the primary Chinese language teacher is in expectation.
