Proposal Study Of Higher Vacational Education Based On Two Types Of Community Development In Hubei

Higher vocational education, being an important component of higher education, can improve the quality of workers charged with specialized technical personnel and training tasks. Hubei province is optimizing the industrial structure, developing new industries vigorously, experiencing economic growth changes from extensive to intensive. It's a essential period in which high and new technology is widely used and high demand for skilled personnel wildly increased. The develop of vocational education is directly related to to improvement of the quality of the broad masses of workers, E-science and education strategies and the implementation of the strategy talent province, related to the development of Wuhan city circle, related to the "two-oriented society" building, but also related to the overall situation of economic and social development in Hubei Province.Based on the research study and the comparision study , the article researches the developing countermeasures and proposals for the higher vocational education in Hubei Province in the background of "two-oriented society", analysizing the factors which have been the constraint to the development of higher vocational education in Hubei Province, refining the successful experiences of the construction in the higher vocational education in Hubei Province, building the basic framework for the the developing in the higher vocational education in Hubei Province.During the research process, the extensive collection the development of higher vocational education information in Hubei Province, conduct the theoretical research. At the same time, the investigations on vocational teaching, research and personnel training to work on school development planning in more than ten institutions of higher education, field research have been carried out. The focus of analysis of the development of higher vocational education lays on the main problems and constraints.In addition, the representative of domestic and foreign higher vocational education are analysed in comparison study. In the study of the characteristics of higher vocational education and the fashion they run the school at home and abroad, some experiences are absorbed. At last, the developing countermeasures for the higher vocational education in Hubei Province are brought forward in the background of "two-oriented society". The final analysis is based on the results of the study, carried out in Hubei Higher Vocational Education Development Study in which the innovation of this study includes the suggestions for the higher education in Hubei, such as: the establishment of higher vocational education in the employment market; the innovation in school system, to explore the road to the implementation of open school and in school groups ect.Based on the "two-oriented society" building, with the state's higher vocational education and the growing importance of Hubei Province and Wuhan city circle development, the development of higher vocational education in Hubei Province is during an important period of strategic opportunity.
