Compulsory education for children of rural migrant workers is an issue of common concern to society as a whole, it has an affect on the training of the next generation's quality and the building of a harmonious society. It's the party and the government's great commitment and decision-making to solve compulsory education of rural migrant workers' children and to achieve educational equity and balanced. "With the blue sky, the common development and progress", Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao wrote it on the blackboard when he visited Beijing schools for children of rural migrant workers on Teacher's Day in 2003, which was not only a caring for children of rural migrant workers, but also a potential requirement for all levels of government and the education sector to increase the strength of this work.As other economically developed regions, T City has made continuous efforts and attempts to solve compulsory education of rural migrant workers' children. At the request of national laws and the Central Policy, absorbing children of rural migrant workers to get into public schools has been increased and the school construction for children of rural migrant workers has been strengthened, but because of the supremacy of economic development and in view of political achievements, compulsory education of rural migrant workers' children did not receive due attention. Fortunately, the local government has been aware of this issue, this article is based on the objective situation of this special period to conduct research of the management into the compulsory educational school for rural migrant workers' children and affirm its innovative, while putting forward some reasonable suggestions.Partâ… of the article introduces the causes of the study, research programs, literature review and definition of the core concepts and so on.Partâ…¡of the article expounds the policies of the management into the compulsory educational school for rural migrant workers' children and the theoretical basis.
