| Class is the basic unit of education activities, and it is a concentrated society. For a long time there is a strain in the class:on the one hand, as a basic which helps the society keep steady, standard is indispensable in the class; on the other hand, freedom is the root for students to grow up healthily, and it needs our solicitude and recognition. Therefore, they supplement each other and both of them are indispensable. However, in the true-life, standard often collides with freedom, thus there are contradictions between teachers and students. The problem can be solved, only if we know the relation of these two concepts and find a reasonable limit. To temper the conflict rationally can not only improve the educational theory, but also give a good direction for our education activities.This dissertation mainly consists of 6 parts as follows:The introduction part illustrates the origin, the value and the general situation of this research. And it also makes clear the research thinking and methods.Chapter one introduces the technique and strategy of class standardized management. Firstly, it analyses the management of class roomage, seats and ornament, and puts forward its special meaning. Then the article analyses the schedule and time arrangement, in order to find out the standard hiding in it. Next, it describes the establishment, requirement and exertion of class norms, and discusses whether the web can really help students learn standard or not.Chapter two analyses several modes from head teachers during class management. Then it describes the problems from subject teachers, and puts forward the teachers'jam while maintaining the class order.Chapter three describes the students'activities in the standard atmosphere. At first the article expatiates the administrative supervision among teachers, class cadres and other members. And ulteriorly, it depicts the students'action under the control of standard, and discusses the activities of student community, then proposed the active and negative effect between students.Based on the research of front parts, chapter four mentioned that the collision does exist between standard and freedom. It mainly contains two aspects:the one is that teachers are in a dilemma about the combination of theory and practice, the other is students resist the standard while pursuing freedom. This paper deems that the finally purpose of standard is walking up to freedom. So if we want to handle conflict, we should know the limit and lead the students understandingly.The last part makes a brief summary on the value of standard and freedom. Only if two of them keep an effectual balance, we can create an animate class. |
