The fairy tale is favourite literary and the Spiritual Home of Children. The Fairy Tale instruction is beneficial to the development of children's aesthetic ability and the edification of Emotion. The Fairy Tale instruction is also beneficial to the Cognitive and social development of children. This study clarifies the status quo of the setting of the fairy tale's instructional objectives, the selection of content, the instructional Practice and Instructional Evaluation. This study also found some obstacles and put forward directional countermeasures for the Fairy Tale instruction so as to improve the quality of the Fairy Tale instruction.By using of the methods of documentary, investigation and Observational Survey, this study chose A Kindergarten in Shanxi Province as an analyzing object. Findings in this study are that:Kindergarten Teacher almost realizes Fairy Tale is a kind of fantastic story, but lack of cognition of Fairy Tale's aesthetics. They focus on the Fairy Tale'effectiveness to develop the cognition and the sociality while neglect the aesthetics function of Fairy Tale. On the setting of the fairy tale's instructional objectives, they focus on cognition and ability; On the selection of content, they just select traditional fairy tales and the popular science fairy tales; On instructional Practice, they almost design of learning and teaching environments, but lock of advanced and new methods of instruction, even more the children-centered do not highlight in the process of instruction; On the instructional Evaluation, Kindergarten Teacher usually as the main evaluator, they focus on development of the knowledge and the ability by the oral Evaluation.Findings in this study suggest that kindergarten teacher should improve their literary attainments and improve comprehension of the value of Fairy tale; the Principal of kindergarten should provide resources to support the Fairy Tale instruction; kindergarten should build a supportive atmosphere of culture and encourage the parental involvement for the Fairy Tale instruction.
