The school should be the most suitable place in which teacher can get professional development, and create favorable conditions for teachers'professional development. On the contrary,the school is incompatible with the teachers'professional development on many aspects. The teachers'professional development is facing difficulties and obstacles from the school.As a modern organization form, development-oriented organization conveys such a concept that the achievement of organizational goals is inseparable from the developments of members. Besides, the best way for the organization to survive or develop is ensuring the development of every member. Moreover, the organization should create conditions which include the supports from the leadership, the structure of the organization, the management practice, and the culture of the organization.
