Firstly, management of university teachers at home and abroad and the application of value engineering principles were introduced and analyzed, then based on value engineering principles of thought on the cost of university teachers, function and value of both functions were defined, respectively, are given resources to enhance teacher value approach, and individual university teachers raised the value of this concept and its calculation method, using examples further illustrate the value of engineering principles in the management of university teachers in the use of Illustrates the functional value of university teachers and individual teachers value of human resources management of university teachers on the role; paper also discusses and analyzes the functional value of university teachers and teachers of the value of individual human resources results in human resource management role. VE-based job evaluation of teachers and human analysis, human organizations, universities provide the scientific basis of the management, strong commitment to the efficient use of resources, to get maximum utility to play. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1) Human Resource Management of University Teachers in the application of value engineering theory not only can effectively promote and enhance the capacity of universities, but also from a cost point of view, a reasonable allocation of the capacity of college teachers and the ratio between the cost, so that teachers not only has the job requirements quality, and to meet their salary level, thus greatly decreasing the cost of the wastage and unnecessary waste. Therefore, value engineering for University Teachers of Human Resource Management in practical operability of the high effectiveness can improve labor efficiency and reduce wastage rate universities. Thus saving for college because of brain drain caused by the replacement cost and opportunity cost.2) Human Resource Management of University Teachers in the application of value engineering theory, personal values through the analysis of teacher assessment results obtained, on the one hand as a reward basis, in order to achieve the effects of inspiration; on the other hand, as the future of the sales staff standard. As long as the time for assessing the different university teachers according to the characteristics and requirements, and accurate functional analysis, design, value engineering programs, human resource allocation analysis, and then determine the best program to be implemented, will improve the function of university teachers and reduce the resources configuration costs, maximizing value.3) According to human resources based on value engineering analysis models, you can develop a more accurate personnel budget, help pay the reasonable design, and establish a fair system of remuneration.4) In the application of faculty resources in the value engineering theory, the promotion of university teachers in raising the level of human resource management has an important practical significance.
