With the development of information technology, many teachers have been focusing on "integration of information technology and subject teaching, " and carrying out relative research in order to improve the quality of education. However, as for present situation of primary school Chinese subject teaching, many teachers only regard information technology as a skill, most of teachers can not understand the practical significance of "integration". As a result of that, no systematic integration of information technology, environment, teaching theory and effective application was developed in teaching parxis. "integration of information technology and subject teaching, " should be treated as a subject of science. If teachers make full use of it, teaching efficiency must be improved, or it will lead to negative effect. This thesis which is based on current relative teaching theories and much teaching praxis, linking with key factors of that integration, aims to explore an effective way and teaching mode of the information technology on Chinese subject teaching in primary school.The methodology used in this study includes literature, survey, statistical analysis and other research methods. The research explores key factors of "integration" and the effective teaching approach, the practical principles and methods for using information technology in Chinese subject teaching. in this research, there are four random samples(four primary schools in Harbin) and self-compiled questionaire is used in survey. Through statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the researcher identifies existing problems in teaching practice, analyzes effective factors of information technology and subject teaching integration, the factors are as follows:personality of teachers, school environment and material conditions, teachers'cognitive level on information technology, practical effective teaching approaches for information technologies. Based on the above study, effective teaching strategies on integration of information and technology and Chinese subject teaching has been approved:(1) material condition, (2)Concepts and principles, (3) approaches and methods.
