With the release the new curriculum standard and the widespread of upgraded textbooks, the application of information technology in Chinese teaching has gained more and more spotlight. However, different conceptions and different teaching and learning models have led to crippled integrated models which deviated the Chinese teaching from its course and can hardly meet the requirements of the curricula reform. In this article, the author approaches the construction of integrated model which combines Chinese teaching in junior high school with information technology. The paper points out the requirements of constructing integrated models based on the analysis of current situation and requirements of Chinese teaching. And consequently it offers respective models integrating information technology with reading, writing and oral communication in Chinese teaching. In practice, the author designed a case which was tested, modified and assessed in No.17 high school in Baoding.
