In the long and splendid Chinese cultural and educational heritage, education, intellectual heritage is the most abundant and most precious part. Spring and Autumn Period of the Chinese nation unparalleled prosperity and regional and cultural integration of the times, the birth of a large number of outstanding thinker and educator Confucius and Xunzi in particular, they change the social, educational reform and practice of education proposed a unique theory the education of the Qin and Han dynasties had a profound impact.In this paper, the educational thought of Confucius and xunzi's comparative study was discussed from five chapters. The first chapter is the Confucius and xunzi Comparison of school activities. Confucius and Xunzi ran to schools three times, and their effects by different times, Confucius set up private schools, out of the official religions in one system, while Xunzi school officials and Private Schools with the dual nature of, the official set up, private auspices. The second chapter is the Confucius and xunzi Comparative Study of Educational Ideas. Separately from the educational purpose of theory, methodology, and teacher education in the three aspects of discourse, and then compare this basis.Their educational philosophy is the starting point is different ideals in the pursuit of education there is no inherent contradiction, its focus is to teach, for the government and certainly the plasticity of human nature. This is the third chapter of the education content comparative study suggested hole, this is also the key section, from two aspects of education content and its limitation is discussed, and the education content of their inheritance, xunzi in comparison Confucius's ceremony, to teach classical education the basis of content, for a new development, new creation, rites and emphasizing law, inclusive. Chapter four discusses the history of educational thought Confucius and xunzi's Comparative Study of Evaluation, this part is mainly introduced in different periods, thinkers, educators evaluate their educational thinking, which for the the education thoughts of Confucius and xunzi's has some reference value. Chapter five mainly from education, equity, life, environment and practical four aspects of education is the Confucius and xunzi Enlightenment thought. Confucius and Xunzi's life has always been together with education, their teaching ideas influenced generation after generation,life-long lectures and finishing together followers of ancient literature has accumulated a wealth of teaching experience, and future generations through their own theoretical elevation to form Teaching with unique ideas. Through the education of thoughts of Confucius and xunzi's, analyzes their education ideas, and the contents and characteristics between them, and the absorption of fusion disputes, to investigate the relationship between the social and the important significance of school education.
