Vocational school teacher training is an important work with strategic signification. How to control the quality of training effectively is the problem that the theory and the practice all concern. How to evaluate the quality of training objectively, equitably, reliably and effectively is the important problem of Vocational and technical education research. The main purpose of this dissertation is to establish a scientific, reasonable and easily operating index system of vocational school teacher training quality evaluation through reviewing the theory of Evaluation, and through reflecting the practice of vocational school teacher training quality evaluation.This dissertation argues that evaluation of vocational school teacher training quality is a kind of activity which is directed by definite values, to make judgments on whether and how the vocational school teacher training quality satisfy the need of vocational school teachers, the administrative departments of education and vocational school teacher training institutions themselves. It is a system engineering, not only the evaluation of training institution, the training content or training teachers, but comprehensive evaluation with the training quality for the center.The aim of this activity is make sure that the training quality is always in the effective control through training quality evaluation, by understanding and grasping the training effect, through finding out the problem of training, studying and improving the training work.The dissertation puts forward a comprehensive vocational teachers' training quality evaluation criteria, from the analysis of the training quality connotation and its influencing factors, with reference to the international education evaluation on the general empirical framework .According to actual situation of evaluation of training, five groups of criteria are finally confirmed: training plan, training conditions, training management, training process, and the effect of training.According to the criteria and following the principles of setting up indicators, the dissertation uses the Factor Analysis Approach to draw up indicators, references the result of evaluation research of vocational school teacher training quality ,Put forward an index system of vocational school teacher training quality evaluation, which is consists of 5 primary index, 12 second-level indexes, 37 level indicator, and put forward the connotation of every index. The dissertation also lists specific operation methods and approaches to confirm the weight of each indicator.According to index system of vocational school teacher training quality evaluation, the dissertation evaluate the vocational school teachers'training activity in vocational teacher training base in university A.
