The development of generative curriculum resources is a most vigor factor in the new curriculum reformation of elementary education in China. It can be very valuable to build a new class of enriching life and improve life quality of teachers and students. As the mother tongue course, Chinese generative curriculum resources are more than other course. It is very important to improve the chinese accomplishment of students and all-round accomplishment of Chinese teachers if the Chinese teacher could effectively develop generative curriculum resources in class.This thesis basing on the reseach have studied has made a general summary of the Chinese generative curriculum resources from its concept, characteristic, classification and so on. So the Chinese teachers could understand the generative curriculum resources clearly in Chinese class. From the investigation, it is known that inadequate cognition of generative curriculum resources and weak sense of resources of Chinese teachers. Because of the obselete concept or deficient ability, Chinese teachers couldn't catch generative curriculum resources or deeply expoit it, or couldn't make use of it appreciately and so on in Chinese class, leading to the generative curriculum resources draining away. With the investigation of current situation to develop generative curriculum resources, it has analysed the reason and problems existing in the development of generative resources of Chinese curriculum at present and proposed and value orientation. On this basis, it has summarized some effective experience of Chinese teachers in the development of Chinese generative curriculum resources by observing class and proposed it to the height of theory, and elaborated how to develop generative curriculum resources from four respects: teachers, students, texts, conditions which form the class. Finally, it has given concrete strategy about the development of generative resources of Chinese curriculum with its practical cases and proposed guarantees of effective development of generative curriculum resourses in order to open a view of development of generative curriculum resources for Chinese teachers and provide the theory and experience for teachers to use for reference, and build a new chinese class to promote growth of teachers and students together.
