It has been eight years from the tests to expand of new curriculum. How to carry out new curriculum better is still the topic that we concerned. The situation of implementing new curriculum and teaching can not be separated. Teaching design is the prelude of teaching and the consistency of teaching design and curriculum standards touches on the situation of implementing of new curriculum in class. So, this paper will do a research on how to carry out new curriculum.This paper carries out the research from the following aspects: status of teaching design, how to design physics teaching, how to improve the consistency of teaching design and curriculum standards. This paper uses the methods of literature, theoretical analysis, interviews and case to research physics teaching design. Firstly, it combs literature of development of teaching design, elements of teaching design and research on physics teaching design and defines research significance, research methods, research ideas, and framework and structure of this paper. Through interviews and questionnaires, it finds the differences between present teaching design and new curriculum, and then obtains enlightenment. Secondly, it defines teaching design and physics teaching design, and knows the principle of physics teaching design, the theory of physics teaching design, the design and the differences among elements of physics teaching design, so that we can find the main point of evaluation. Based on the main point, it gets the evaluation guidance of physics teaching design and new curriculum, which provides a reference with physics teaching, and then applies the guidance to actual cases for researching the consistency of cases and new curriculum, at last, based on all the research, it obtains some suggestions.Though the research of this paper, it improves teaching design and teachers development theory. In practice, it improves scientificity of physics teaching design and gives help to the growth of young teachers, and also offers guarantee for improving teaching.
