The Study Of The Incentive Management To The University Student Volunteers

The theory on incentive management to the volunteers is the hot spot and front line among the theory circle, especially with the volunteer teams expanding due to the Olympic Games and World Expo. The new development volunteering services are emerging, all of which demand more in management. The university student volunteers are playing a vanguard role in volunteer activities as a part of the volunteers, so motivation is very important.The paper is based on existing research using comprehensive of quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, case studies, functional analysis and other research methods. It makes a systematic analysis of the current status and the main difficulties faced of university student volunteers on the basis of relevant definitions and put forward a sound incentive management program from the macro-environment, spiritual encouragement and several other aspects.The research work of this paper not only has theoretical significance to the development of the incentive management, but also has great practical value to the expanding of volunteer teams, the improving of volunteers'quality as well as the construction of harmonious society.
