With the further development of Reform and opening up policy, the power of Education in personnel training and enhance national comprehensive competitiveness has arose more and more universal attention. The voice of to perform education reform , to improve education quality and to cultivate the innovative and practice ability of new generations is getting louder and louder. Implementation of the new curriculum reform pay attention to people's subjectivity and outstanding students' subject status,with the core and the basic characteristics of person's all-round development and personality , Highlight the development of comprehensive, independent and sustainable,give the specific requirements from course objectives,curriculum implementation and evaluation. The school education is the primary education while class education is the basic-level organization,it is the important environment to realize the individual freedom ,all-round development and individual socialization. The results of class management, directly relates to students' comprehensive, harmonious and healthy development. But in China's current class management,in pursuit of the point, there still exit different levels of the problem, such as the teachers'training of theories is not paid enough attention,class management has no perfect direction of public opinion and so on.According to the new curriculum reform and development of the students "for the aim", "on the development and comprehensive development", "the development of students' individual basic concept," This paper basis on the research of Sai Han District, aiming at the existing problems in the class management,analyzing the root of the problems and put forward the corresponding strategies to solve the problems existing in the management pattern. By strengthening the construction of teachers in class to improve the quality of management. Through the establishment of an effective incentive system to realize the change from passive management to active participation . By establishing good relationship between teachers and students to realize the real equality between teachers and students. Through establishing good environments in the class to realize the all-round development of students, which is also the final goal of this theme.
