The vigorous development of China's non-profit organization and the role in society for all to see, but as non-profit organization's core resources, the volunteers play an important role in the organization.Volunteers and volunteer service activities in the promotion of social harmony, and the people live and work advantages more and more by social concerns, but the most effective way to motivate volunteers to achieve their maximum social value is given full play to the role of volunteers. With the growth of volunteers, volunteer-incentives being given increased importance, Variety types,revels and the size of incentives in the non-profit volunteer organizations have been carrying out, also achieved some success, but because of our non-profit volunteer organization and service activities carried out by the time late, volunteer incentive mechanism is not perfect, and even failure of the voluntary and so on. These problems have seriously restricted the growth of volunteers and non-profit organization's further development. In this paper, based on a comprehensive set of related non-profit organizations volunteer motivation theory,then in-depth analysis of China's non-profit organization encouraging volunteer present status. Analysis of the existing reason from the organization of funds, civic volunteer awareness, participation and support of volunteer activities motives etc. At the same time in reference to foreign non-profit volunteer organization based on the experience of incentives, from the outside non-profit organizations, non-profit organization and volunteers within their own,put forward to build our non-profit organization of volunteers incentives from those three different points of view. Which mainly reflected in: First, from the outside of non-profit organizations, the government must improve policies and regulations,in particular,bring national legislation in respect of the authority of volunteer incentives,while providing a sound social security system; Second, the non-profit organization should form variety of centive-based approach of combining incentives to encourage volunteers, built sources of funding channels; Third, the volunteers must strengthen the self-motivation.
