In recent years, teacher quality has become a hot topic in education, one of the world. As China& basic education curriculum to promote a comprehensive reform, the key to the success of curriculum reform in the teacher; concept to be more and more people consensus, highlights the need for teacher professional development. In this study the use of literature, questionnaire survey method, analytical induction, mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods on the new curriculum in the context of Beijing primary school physical education teachers professional knowledge, professional competence, professional development and other aspects of the current situation awareness system, detailed research.The results show that:Beijing elementary school physical education teacher age, sex, educational level structure is more reasonable, is an experienced and dynamic team; While the new curriculum for elementary school physical education requirement to improve the quality of the teaching profession, but the vast majority of primary schools physical education teachers in the new curriculum practice and strive to improve their professional qualities, Better adapted to the new curriculum requirements. The study also found that Beijing primary school physical education teachers in the professional knowledge, professional competence, professional development awareness and other aspects of development, between regions there are significant differences, urban teachers in these three areas scored significantly better than rural areas (counties) teachers; In addition, Beijing primary school physical education teachers in the professional knowledge and development, the male and female teachers, there are differences between the obvious.The results make people in Beijing elementary school physical education teacher professional knowledge, ability, self-awareness and other aspects of the development of the status quo has been a more clear understanding of the scientific development of the education authorities of Beijing elementary school physical education curriculum reform to promote the process of focus and difficult, Beijing primary school physical education teachers to improve the pre-job training and the quality of training has laid a good foundation.
