In the context of the basic education curriculum reform and the integration of multicultural education, the development of education in ethnic minority areas has become one of the hot issues. The active use of the region's curriculum resources of rich culture and art is an important way to develop the education in ethnic minority areas, and to promote the effective implementation of curriculum reform. It is a new way that reform the curriculum in Dong kindergarten and actively explorate the appropriate curriculum resources of local art to meet the kindergarten, the Dong national, the early children's development needs in the point of local culture and art. This research concerns on how to help the teachers in Dong kindergarten raise their awarenesses of exploration in curriculum resources of local art, and how to enable them to upgrade their quality, and how to positively explorate and utilizate the local art curriculum resources to meet the specific development needs of the young children in this region, and to make them be perfect, healthy and rich personality. It is a case study of local art curriculum resources exploration and utilization in the Dong kindergarten. In the concept of curriculum reform in kindergarten, the research surveys and analyzes the actual situation of the curriculum resources exploration and utilization in Kindergarten A in Xinhuang County and try to find out experience and deficiency by the method of observation, interview, and product analytic, and made recommendations on response. The research is divided into three parts:The first part is "Introduction".Mainly introduces the overview of the predecessors, and defines the concepts. In the analysis of existing data, the researcher discovers there are not much on the research of the exploration and utilization of curriculum resources of local art in Dong kindergarten.Therefore, this study has broad research space.The second part is the status quo and analysis of exploration and utilization of curriculum resources of local art in Dong kindergarten.It mainly introduces the profile of kindergarten A, the composition and characteristics of curriculum resources of local art in Dong kindergarten. From the practical rendering of curriculum resoures exploration of local art in kindergarten A, this research analyzes the status quo and discovers experience and deficiency.The third part is to put up some suggests in exploration and utilization of curriculum resources of local art in Dong kindergarten. First, to strengthen the training on teachers in multi-level diversity. Second, to establish the management mechanism of security of exploration and utilization of curriculum resources of local art in kindergarten. Third, is to strengthen the explorate curriculum resources of local art in the environment creation in Dong kindergarten. The last is to explorate curriculum resources of local art by multi-bodies.
