With the implementation of the kindergarten curriculum reform,Local Resources is an important part of the curriculum resources and graduallyit draws the educator1 s attention. "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)"also repeatedly emphasized the kindergarten should make extensive use of a variety of educational resources. Local resources like a big textbook and it contains abundant education content. Kindergarten development and utilization of local curriculum resources, not only can enrich the kindergarten curriculum content, forming a "local" features of kindergarten, also can improve the teachers’ knowledge structure, enhance the professional quality of teachers. More importantly, because of the local curriculum resources from children’s life, easy to understand and accepted by children,then inspire children’s concern and love for their hometown, that is also beneficial to promote local culture and heritage. Therefore, I thinks that the development and utilization of local curriculum resources in kindergarten is of great value and significance. In order to further understand the current situation of kindergarten development and utilization of local curriculum resources,this study selected kindergarten A of the Boluo county as the research object, First using the method of observation, interview, literature collecting data, investigate and analyze the current situation about the development and utilization of local curriculum resources in Kindergarten. On the basis of this, using action research method, in cooperation with the top class of kindergarten teachers in action research, screening study material together(Luofu Mountain Herbs oil,ban,play card game), draft and modify the activity program, In order to constantly improve and perfect the teaching activities,we need to reflection and adjustment activities.Finally, summarize the success and deficiency on the action research,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction, which mainly states the reasons, significance,related review of the research purposes, the definition of the concept as well as the research ideas and methods.The second part is investigates and analyses the status and problems of kindergarten A development and utilization of local curriculum resources. This part mainly using the method of observation and interview to survey the present situation of kindergarten A development and utilization of the he local curriculum resources, think and analysis the problems.The third part is the practice exploration of Boluo local curriculumresources development and utilization in kindergarten A.This part is the author and co-teachers to select action researchmaterial, determine the theme as well as make research plan andactivities program. Together to carry out action research, organizationand implementation of the plan,reflection and adjustment.Then,implementingand reflecting the plan that was adjusted in the second round.Finally, the success obtained and insufficient on the action research were summarized.The fouth part is recommended. Combined with the author gains enlightenmen in action research and analysis the present situation of development and utilization of local curriculum resources in kindergarten A of the Boluo county, on this basis try to put forward some feasible suggestions.
