See from the educational career, implementing the educational policy of the party in the foundational education front, cultivating qualified builders and successors of socialistic cause with Chinese characteristics through the primary and secondary teachers, especially class advisers teach and cultivate every students to achieve. See from a person’s development, class advisers have a great influence on a person’s development in the stage of primary and secondary school and class advisers are the most influential directors for the primary and secondary school students learning to be a person and to do. Class advisers take on great mission and responsibility, how they work effect, it is directly related to the educational quality of primary and secondary school, is related to the primary and secondary school to achieve the goals of education, is related to a generation or even several generations’healthy growth, is related to the future of the Chinese nation. Therefore, in this sense, how emphasize the importance of the class advisers work is not excessive. Then at present the most important research work is to investigate the present situation of the class teacher team’s construction in primary schools, to find the existing problems, to analyze the deep cause of the problems, to put forward the valuable Suggestions for improvement in the view of the problems. The study not only has important theoretical significance, but also has strong practical significance. This study through the sampling survey about the present situation of class adviser team of WaFangdian city primary schools in Liaoning province, discussing the existing problems about the class adviser team construction of the primary schools and the improving suggestions.The paper is divided into five parts:Part one:Introductionthe part briefly illustrates the reason why we choose this project and research significance, through hackling and analyzing on class adviser team construction, the writer tries to find out the shortcomings of the existing researches, introduces the research purposes and contents, the core definitions, theoretical foundations, methodologies, clears up the key points, difficulties and innovations.Part two:Present situation investigationThe research is through the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the present situation of the class adviser team of WaFangdian city some primary schools in Liaoning province, from three aspects as the composition of primary class adviser team, the whole quality of primary school class adviser team and the management of primary school class adviser team,the class advisers work and so on.Part three:the existing problemsthrough the investigation, the existing main problems of class adviser team construction in this region are following aspect:the age structure of the class adviser team is not very reasonable in part of the schools; part of primary school class adviser team is different quality; the phenomenon that class advisers do not have high enthusiasm at the work is more outstanding in part of the class adviser teams; the class adviser team of primary schools lacks the plan of organic improving and training; the mechanism that primary schools choose class advisers is too single; the attention that primary school from the whole pay to the class adviser team is not enough and so on.Part four:reason analysisThis part mainly from four aspects to analyze:school leadership seriously lack the consciousness of class adviser team construction; schools lack long-term project of the class adviser team construction; the means that primary schools choose the class adviser is too ad ministerial and so on.Part five:suggestions and strategiesBased on analyzing the existing problems and the reason for the class adviser team construction in the primary school class adviser team of this region, this part puts forward the following Suggestions for improvement:the department of educational administration should conduct the primary schools to pay attention to the class adviser team construction; for the schools and students development, strengthening the organization and management of the class adviser team construction; schools need to strengthen the consciousness of the class adviser team construction that is advantageous for the class adviser team to develop well.
