Research On The Training And Evaluation Of College Students' Scientific And Technological Innovation

In 21st century, innovative consciousness and innovative ability become the most important determinants for one country's competitiveness in the world. The innovative consciousness culture of college students, especially high education directly related the modernization of our country and the future of our nation.This paper mainly researches on the rraining and evaluation of college students'scientific and technological innovation. At first, this paper analyzed the environment influences to the college students'science and technological innovation; On this basis, the students scientific and technological innovation ability evaluation index system built, and using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, start the empirical analysis of the students creative ability; Finally, suggestions and countermeasures was proposed about the improving of the students'science and technology innovation ability.This article on science and technology innovation capability of college students fuzzy model is advanced and the results agree well with the fact;there is a good reference value on other institutions to carry out scientific and technological innovation ability evaluation.
