The concept of education for all-round development which was brought up in 80th period, 20th century, it arises social concern and becomes a hot topic in academic world. Make a general survey of its development, whether in the area of education theory research or school makes certain achievements. At the same time, as education for all-round development is a new educational idea, it still needs a promotional process during it is deeply carried out. From this, it needs a further research and argumentation on nature, content, character, applicability, focal point and implementation method of education for all-round development. Along with the coming of knowledge-driven economy age, the education and cultivation to talented person bulks large. Therefore, deep anatomy on education for all-round development mode applicable to talented person cultivation in new century is a very important and significant subject. Chinese language education in middle school as an important part of education for all-round development, play an irreplaceable role in carrying through education for all-round development comprehensively. However, Chinese language education in middle school remain an empty slogan in large degree, it is lacking in anatomy and express theoretically and lacking in guide method with much more maneuverability.This thesis elaborated on Chinese education and education for all-round development, and then, led out a discussion on Chinese education in middle school. By looking up and analyzing reference, consulting to the experts and inducting experience, it analyzed and concluded in depth about the intension, property, function and development trend of education for all-round development in middle school. Combined with the criterion for talented person in new times and the characteristic of Chinese education in middle school, this thesis cited that Chinese education should start with three aspects which are personality building, knowledge improving and heuristic power. And following tessellated into ten important aspects which are cultivating good morality, guiding aesthetic appreciation, training strong will, highlighting good traditional culture, balanced developing students'characteristic, laying foundation of innovative education, and training creativity, ability of expression, ability of self-study and thinking ability. This thesis was on the basis of unscrambling education for all-round development in middle school, probed education method applicable. Thinking back to current situation, it brought up theory and act strategy of education for all-round development in middle school.
