The new curriculum of the Chinese language education,which calls for the principles of self—study,cooperation and thorough inquiry in order to strengthen the student's study process,is supposed to be scientific。But in practice,it is mistaken by some teachers that according to it,teachers should not explain much,or don't say anything in class even when they should explain.Thus,the importance of teaching is neglected objectively。In fact,a good Chinese class can't go without the teachers'explanations,the problem is how much the explanation is involvedBased on the current Chinese teaching and the application of the theories of Chinese language and psychology,this article lists a series of analyses and demonstrations on the new teaching methods under the new curriculum concept。The first chapter is focused on the analyses and deep thinking about teaching methods,and point out some drawbacks of the existing problems in Chinese teaching. The 2nd chapter talks about he necessity and feasibility and the 3(rd) chapter about the execution and practical significance.It will be stated that it is the nature and goals of Chinese teaching that decide the changes of teaching methods.With the time changing and the development of education reform,teaching methods should play an important part in Chinese teaching instead of being substituted.
