The United Nations lists"to learn to study, to learn manual labor, to learn to live with other people together, to learn to survive"as the four vital pillars of education in the 21st century which arouses strong reaction in academic circles all over the world. Meanwhile, it means that not only to pay attention to teach how much fixed knowledge to learners, but to teach them the way to master knowledge as well and the ability to survive. The way of participation for teaching by small groups is an effective means. By doing so, it can stimulate potential of students and shape talented people with sound personality and higher comprehensive quality which adjusts to developing needs in the future. The way of participation for teaching by small groups favors students of self design and to widen knowledge according to self interests so as to improve the ability of independent thinking and deal with actual problems by themselves.The way of participation for teaching by small groups is taking the group as the basic composition unit, taking panel member's between cooperation as the study way, impelling the student thought morals quality, the cultural quality full scale development new educational model. This method can drive the student main body get into participation, the initiative ponder, the driving exploration, initiative creation ability. Transforming the pedagogue and learner's role, and adapting the new curriculum reform request. The way of participation for teaching by small groups will utilize in the thought politics teaching, and it can change the former thought politics educational model.
