Lu Xun is one of the most important contemporary writers of literature, most people contact literature in secondary schools, which is the most basic and most important literary pathways. In this way it is necessary to think how to access the most important writers and works through the most appropriate way, how to get popular cultural knowledge with the most clear steps, how to master the language skills after the most effective training. Because all will help the popularity of the classic, quality improvement of national literature and even the classic study itself.This paper intends to Investigate that how to teach Classics in Secondary Education, works of Lu Xun in Secondary Education as an example, by comparing the American curriculum standards and teaching content as well as specific materials. We hope one day most people will have a wonderful first impression of literature with rich cultural accumulations, lots of language skills and excellent literacy. Then higher education will get better graduate and better environment of research.This article contains examples of teaching in the author's class and analysis in contradistinction to English and American curriculum standards, teaching content and materials. There are five parts, in addition to the introduction and conclusion, the first chapter began to reflect the dilemma of Lu Xun's works and found the fundamental reason behind which is the dilemma of Secondary Education. The second chapter studied the United States standard of each grade, British traditional literature evaluation criteria, the US-Japan teaching materials. And conclusion was got that creating a clear and uniform teaching objectives, the establishment of adequate and clear teaching materials, the establishment of the classic authors, works and content, editing easy operation and reasonable procedural knowledge and guiding the students to their modern and own life. The third chapter, improvements were accomplished like unified training content taking place of the pure combination of units. More were necessary like establishment of course objectives and teaching content, type of location consciousness, procedural knowledge and students'concerns of their own. A material design call more attention and critics.
