Graduate creative ability is directly related to the country's future generation of creative talents, related to the formation of the country's overall innovation capability, the national innovation system has a fundamental influence on it. The key laboratories of Colleges and Universities , the research center of national engineering (technology), the Research Base of National Philosophy and Social Science, various provincial and ministerial key laboratories and engineering research centers, both national innovation system are both the core of the original innovation and the main platform. At present, the study about the innovation platform in University for enhancing the Graduate Students' innovation is very little.
