Study On Time Management Of Higher Vocational School Students After School

With economic development, the whole community is needing more and more higher vocational and technical persons , as a higher vocational training institution, vocational and technical personnel,s tasks are arduous. The status quo is higher vocational colleges and the students trained in the corresponding post-incompetent. To solve this problem, we must consider the vocational college students time usage. The unified arrangement of the time in college, the vocational students after school hours arrangements is an important issue. Vocational students on how to effective use of spare time to learn the knowledge, mining potential, development of oneself, not only relation to the ability of students successfully through the vocational college life, but also related to the student's personal growth and life skills development. Therefore, study on time management after school of vocational students has profound theoretical and practical significance.Innovations of this article are the followings: First, to conduct investigation and study higher vocational college students time management trends and the use of their spare time, and summarize many study conclusions; Second, analyze the cause of the problems ,which appear in vocational college students after school time management. This paper is divided into five parts:Part I: Introduction. It expounds the reasons, set out the theoretical and practical significance and research program design. At the same time, it reviews the ststus quo of research at home and abroad on"Time Management","leisure time","spare time"sort of research in the literature.Part II: The theoretical basis of survey."Time Management","spare time","spare time management"and other concepts were defined, and time management, time management theory and adolescents tend to sum up the relevant theoretical issues.Part III: An Empirical Study. 212 students of Dongying Vocational College in higher categories of the questionnaire survey, interviews with some of the students from the time-esteem, time monitoring of view, the time-efficiency three dimensions of vocational students, to learn about time management trends and after-school time management position. Basis on this, the in-depth analysis of the vocational students in after-school time management problems, including: the amount of time after school is relatively abundant, but lack of proper understanding, there is a certain sense of time management. However, overestimation of self-evaluation has a tendency to lack of spare time management, after-school time, utilization rate is not higher. This part of the final content analysis the underlying causes of problems of the vocational students on after-school time management.Part IV: Research conclusions and recommendations. To improve time management after-school of vocational students, this part focus on time management from the conduct of educational activities, carrying out exchanges between students and improve the quality of extra-curricular activities to guide students in career planning, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Conclusions are the followings: first, Guide the vocational students to develop a reasonable goal. Second, to carry out time management education programs to help vocational students to enhance self-management of their spare time. Third, The development of school-enterprise cooperation, carrying out exchanges between students, improving the quality of after-school activities. Finally, inducting students to do career planning.Part V: The lack of research and prospects. The inadequacy of the study are mainly sampling limitations, the limitations of research tools to study the subject further. It can continue to focus with a variety of point of view, rich in many ways after school vocational students time management studies, focusing on time management in the higher vocational students after school everyday management of the application of research.The results of this study for vocational education and the management of college students to provide reference for vocational college students own their own time to make reasonable arrangements to provide assistance; and to provide some theoretical supports for researching all kinds of time management for college students successfully.
