| College student association is the organization whose members are volunteers with common interest, and carries out activities according to its own chapters independently. College student association is an important form and an effective approach to implement quality education. It plays significant role in strengthening campus culture, improving students' comprehensive qualities, guiding students to be accepted by society, and promoting students' self-realization and job opportunity. Therefore, the study of management state, the deep analysis of existing problem, the discovery of the causes and the exploration of the perfection of management have great practical significance for the improvement of association management and the fulfillment of its function in cultivating campus culture.This presented paper consists of four parts. The first one is an introduction that involves the purpose and significance of this subject, literature review and evaluation, innovative points and study methods. The second one is research question and concrete analysis. This part begins with student association's origin,features and its constituent, then expounds the present problems in management and makes a comprehensive analysis of its causes. This is the fundamental part. The third one is framework, which puts forwards practical strategies for the improvement of management level, that is, strengthening internal and external management, reinforcement of leaderships, introduction of effective mechanism, restrictions on expenditure, and CI approach; establishes systematic management principles, and suggests the.enhancements of planning and classification, the formation of a effective supervising system and the encouragement of the attendance of professional students and researchers. This is the central part. The last one is conclusion, a brief exposition on research result and limitations.The author employs theories of management and pedagogy to study how to improve the management of college student association and forms unique views.
