Group cooperative learning has a long history.It transforms the main position of classroom from teacher to student,fully mobilizes students' learning enthusiasm,encourages students to learn knowledge through independent inquiry and group cooperation,and develops students' multi-faceted abilities.It has become a widely recognized and adopted teaching and learning strategy in many countries.In China,group cooperative learning was introduced into senior high school teaching in 2003,and received high attention.With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,it has been used more and more in many disciplines.As a basic subject,Chinese emphasizes the cultivation of students' expressive ability and the formation of multiple emotions,attitudes and values.It has great advantages in implementing cooperative learning.However,in the process of implementation,there are many problems,mainly reflected in inefficiency,poor results and formalization,which have not played a proper role in achieving educational goals.From the perspective of reflection and from the practical experience of education and teaching,this paper takes Fuyang No.1 Middle School,Suburban Middle School and Secondary School Affiliated to Fuyang Teachers College as samples,and on the basis of previous research results,further explores the common problems and corresponding solutions in the process of Chinese cooperative learning practice in senior high schools by using observation,questionnaire and interview methods.Slightly.In the introduction part,the concepts of cooperative learning are defined,and the problems existing in the practice of cooperative learning in senior high schools are sorted out.After that,the thesis is divided into three chapters: Chapter one classifies and summarizes the problems existing in the cooperative learning of Chinese in senior high schools;Chapter two explores the causes of these problems from the aspects of teachers and students;Chapter three puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.After investigation and reflection,this paper divides the process of cooperative learning into three stages: organizational stage,implementation stage and evaluationstage.In the organizational stage,the preparation of teachers and students for cooperative learning is studied,with emphasis on the design of teaching content and the accumulation of learning materials by students.It is worth mentioning that the development of cooperative learning is not ideal,a very important reason is the lack of students' cooperative skills.The training and improvement of this skill runs through the whole learning process.In order to make the whole paper more clear,I put the training of cooperative skills into the organizational stage to discuss.In the implementation stage,I emphasize the teacher's leading role in the whole process.It emphasizes that cooperative learning is not only student-student cooperation,but also teacher-student cooperation.In the evaluation stage,it emphasizes the pluralistic concept of evaluation and puts forward specific evaluation methods.
