In order to achieve basic education in rural areas leapfrog development, reduce the urban-rural, developed and backward areas, the gap between the education and achieve equity in education, the state invested heavily in the implementation of the modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools. As a relatively backward economy and education in the Taierzhuang District in the country with the help of strong support for primary and secondary schools have also implemented a modern distance education project, and achieved some results. However, due to the shortage of educational resources, weak teachers, education information atmosphere is weak and other conditions, Taierzhuang District and use of primary and secondary schools in developing the resources of modern distance education course there have been many difficulties and problems affecting the sustainable development of the local distance education. This thesis is to proceed from reality, representative of the nine selected primary and secondary object of study, theoretical research and investigation using the method of combining, through literature review, interviews and questionnaires and other means to find and in-depth analysis of impact Modern Distance Education Taierzhuang District of sustainable development factors, and propose areas to adapt to Taierzhuang of Modern Education in the feasibility of sustainable development strategies.The full-text is divided into four parts, the first part discusses the origin and significance of the study, and domestic Sustainable Development of Modern Education Research analyzed, points out gaps and deficiencies exist.By the second part of teachers, students, principal interviews and questionnaires, as well as personally involved in classroom teaching field observations, Taierzhuang District of Distance Education on the Development of in-depth, detailed investigation was conducted and the findings were statistically and analysis. Statistical data and survey results show that the area of basic education Taierzhuang information and application of distance education there are many problems, serious situation.The third part is the author of the previous survey, based on careful deliberation, found the constraints of local sustainable development of modern distance education schools in the six factors: management institutions and systems are not perfect; minds behind; financial and technical services system is incomplete; the lack of hardware devices; education resource shortages; ignore software applications and development. Finally revealed the reasons for the formation of several constraints.The fourth part of local sustainable development of distance education by many factors, proposed Taierzhuang District Sustainable Development of Modern Education in the seven coping strategies: adapting to the environment and changing concepts; to enhance quality of distance education; a reasonable financial operation mechanism ; local conditions, and promote capacity-building educational technology teachers; optimize distance education resources development, increased investment in distance education; complete technical support service system, improve the system of superior service and enhance their own capacity-building school teachers; building evaluation and feedback system. Finally concluding remarks on the text of a brief summary states that the correct understanding of distance education in the region, problems, and take active steps to promote Taierzhuang District Sustainable Development of Modern Education.
