A Research On Practicality System Of Employment Evaluation In Colleges

Graduate employment evaluation is one of the most important aspects of college employment project, as well as an important facet to evaluate the management of a college. It navigates the reform of tertiary education, so in this sense, it urges a college to adjust its specialty structure, promote the quality of management and pay emphasis on its employment project. With entering to the phase of tertiary education popularity and graduate employment multiplication, the past "single criteria" of the graduate evaluation system cannot meet the current demand. The analysis of the current status and influencing factor of graduate employment, the reference to the success experience of the advanced country and area, and the establishment and perfection of China-favorable graduate employment evaluation system, work together to promote graduate employment and push tertiary education reform in depth.By means of systematic and integrating evaluation, with the purpose of optimizing the graduate employment management and relevant service flat, achieving the tight unity of college, employer unit and employment market under the general control and regulation of the government, this paper aims at proposing a new college graduate employment evaluation system, which might be not only applicable to the education management department evaluation on the colleges, but the internal evaluation in colleges, in the mean time, it focuses on the dynamic management and share of information, hence embodying the practicability and predictability of the system.This paper bases theoretically on the integrating evaluation, follows the principle of science, orientation, system and feasibility, and sets up the employment criteria system by the expert law. It adopts combination integration technique in the confirmation of the index weight, and introduces the dynamic integrating evaluation system with the stimulating characteristics and multilayer-structured integrating evaluation system, besides, it analyses the evaluation system on the positivism basis.
