Research On Innovative Education Of New Local Universities

Innovative Education, as the 21 st century's mainstream of education development, has showed its decisive core role gradually in high education and accepted generally high attention from other countries in the world, In this paper, the author uses comparative researching method, comprehensive analysis method, taking new local colleges in Liaoning Province as the entry point, through the summery and conclusion to undergraduate innovative educational theory both at home and abroad, and explores a series of issues on innovative education from both theoretical and practical aspects. Through researching on following three aspects, the author reaches out the local characteristics and requirements for practice in conducting local college innovative education, as well as provides more effective theoretical basis and wider practice space for further conducting innovative education.First, from interpretation and definition the connotation of innovation and innovative education, the author, respectively, interpretes the nature and charateristics of innovative education, and analyses the necessity for implementing innovative educational from three aspects, human social progress, our country's science and education strategies, and higher education's development. Secondly, according to present situation, the author fixed on the problems existing in innovative capability, teaching thoughts, management system and teaching resources, and analyses the reasons of limiting innovative education development from the assessment system, teaching management, training pattern, teaching methods. Finally, on the base of establishing the requirement and target for innovative education, the paper lists out the specific measures on implementing innovative education in Liaoning Province from six aspects, the innovative educational concept, teaching management system, curriculum building, teaching group building, learning patern's reform, and improving the teaching environment.
