The Research On Construction Modes And Operating Mechanism Of Vocational Education Group

Early 1990s, vocational education group appeared in China, with being rapid development in just 20 years. Vocational education group is a development trend of China’s vocational education in the future. At present, Chinese vocational education theory and practice of group exploration has yielded fruitful results. Vocational education group for the development of vocational education in the integration of resources, the development of industry, industrial, social and economic service area, good vocational education plays an important role in promoting and far-reaching impact. This research mainly uses the literature research method, case analysis method, historical research method, comparative study method, comparative analysis of induction and deduction combining research method, questionnaire and interview method of combining. And this research mainly also uses combining education with productive labor theory, resource allocation theory, economies of scale theory, portfolio theory. This study based on the analysis of the development of vocational education group, discusses the Group’s existing vocational education mode and operation system. And combined with vocational education in the development of the problem, this study puts forward the main mode to solve the current dilemma of Vocational Education Group and apply in the future development of vocational education groups. Finally, this study analyzes the operational mechanism of Vocational Education Group in this mode.This study is divided into three parts. Part one:First of all, this study introduces the research background, content, research Status etc. Secondly, this study defines vocational education group related concepts and puts forward the theory of basic research.Part two:First of all, this study gives an overview of the development of the vocational education group overview. Secondly, this study analyses three kinds of vocational education group established pattern. They are Colleges body type vocational education group, Industry body type vocational education group, Government body type vocational education group. Thirdly, combined with relevant case studies, this study analyses these different modes of vocational education group characteristics, advantages and limitations. Finally, this study discourses the operating mechanism of vocational education group, analyzing the characteristics of three modes’ operating mechanism of vocational education group. And it also proposes some problems of Vocational Education Group Operating Mechanism.Part three:First of all, based on factors of development status of vocational education group, mode and operation mechanism, the existing problems, the main mode of election of the future development of the vocational education group, this study elects the main mode of vocational education development group in the future. And based on this basis and updates, this study puts forward Industry body mixed vocational education group. Finally, this study takes to deep-step analysis on the main mode and operation system. It describes the new features and benefits of this mode of vocational education group. And it also puts forward the "Three body and two wings" of Vocational Education Group operating mechanism.The innovation of this study:Firstly, the mode of vocational education group and its operating mechanism are studied from a whole. On the basis of it, the main mode of the future development of vocational education group is designed. And it also analyzes the operation mechanism of this model. Secondly, analyses the vocational education group under the new model. Meanwhile, it puts forward the development characteristics of the operation mechanism of "three body two wings" formed on the basis of the dual combination of property rights and contract. It has certain reference significance for the future development of vocational education group.
