In nowadays that education technology develop rapidly, teaching means improve quickly, it is no longer a new topic to apply multimedia courseware to teaching Today, the practice and study of a foreign language classroom teaching application of multimedia courseware already numerous, but in many of the research, the research on multimedia courseware in teaching Chinese as a Foreign culture in the minority, but research on diet culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language is more rare. Culture teaching is an essential part of the foreign language teaching, but because of the huge cultural system, content abstract, complex types, although a lot of students like Chinese culture, but in the process of learning, still fear, what is more, let cultural teaching into struggling. How to effectively conduct a foreign language cultural teaching becomes a problem of many foreign language teachers.In teaching practice, we come into contact with the students, mostly Chinese students in the initial stage, due to their limited English level, cultural studies teaching should strive to visualize, difficulty suitable and interesting. Throughout all of the Chinese traditional culture, diet culture with its relevance, practical, easy acceptance,is widely used in cultural teaching. But how to effectively have food culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language once again become a thorny issue. The traditional culture teaching mostly based on theory teaching,teaching in the form of extremely monotonous, boring, cannot cause the students’ interest in learning, to a certain extent, reduce the efficiency of learning. Multimedia courseware, put the sound, image, video, audio, and other teaching resources effective integration by using multimedia technology, through the visual, auditory and other sensory stimulation, not only can effectively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, but also can arouse the students’ interest in learning, improve the enthusiasm of learning. Therefore, in this diet culture of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign mainly uses the multimedia courseware for teaching, and strive to make this teaching becomes vivid and interesting. Here we will specifically describe how to use multimedia courseware for diet culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and give some teaching opinions to the diet culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language combing with this teaching experience.1hope it in favor of diet culture of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
