Children English education is increasingly concerned by kindergartens and parents in China, showing a trend of younger age. With young children going into kindergarten which use English immersion teaching-----unique and highly innovative contemporary English teaching mode, family English education and English teaching in kindergarten will have mutual cooperation and mutual influence. Parents should learn from the kindergarten for creating abundant language environment. Not only conducive to cultivate children’s interest in learning English, also help children improve English speaking ability. Thereby improving the quality of early childhood education in English, So that the results of immersion teaching methods are able to extend the family.Based on the findings of an immersion environment homeland English education cooperation, the research literature about preschool family English education in English immersion environment are reviewed. Some studies have explored the effectiveness、 deficiency and inspiration for this study; In the critical period theory, constructivist theory, acquisition theory, social and cultural perspective Vygotsky as the theoretical basis of this study, explaining the main points of these four theories and Implications for the study.This study uses the literature, case studies, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, the thesis conducted a survey and interviews by selecting parents of ten kindergarten implementing immersion English teaching model in Xi’an. And the thesis selects the six in-depth interviews with parents. By collating and analyzing the data collected, the thesis sums up some experience to draw on and put forward their own proposals. Structure of this study is as follows:Chapter one:introduction part. It briefly introduces the causes of the research and background; and the definition of the "Immersion and English Immersion", Family English "," English Education "," Family English Education "And "Preschool Children and Family English Education". It also explains the theoretical basis of this thesis.Chapter two:literature review. It mainly expounds the relative domestic and foreign literatures and the limitations of the relevant study, about the English Immersion, Family English and Family and kindergarten English education cooperation in the English Immersion environment.Chapter three:research designs and implementation. It presents the research in objects of the study, contents, research methods and the whole research process.Chapter four:Situation and Analysis of English Education of Preschool Family in the English Immersion environment. By interviews, questionnaires and other methods, the thesis conducts the statistics and analysis.Chapter five:Experience and problems of English education of preschool family in the English immersion environment. By summarizing case, the thesis gets some experience and issues:Firstly, Experience:1, Naturally English education for young children; 2, Everything from children’s interest; 3, For children learning English to create a good environment; 4,Use life situations to teach English for young children;5.Cooperation with kindergarten for children English Education; Secondly, the issues:1.Lack of proper attitude of English education for children; 2.A lack of clear purpose; 3, A lack of scientific and effective method of education; 4.Difficult to select valuable educational content in English.Chapter six:Education countermeasures and suggestions. Some operability comments for family English education:Firstly, parents:1.Parents need to raise awareness of proper English education for young children; 2. Parents of young children should have a clear purpose of English education; 3..Parents should take a scientific and effective method of early childhood education in English.;4.Parents should choose a valuable educational content in English;5.Parents should cooperate effectively with the kindergarten;6.Father of English education should be actively involved in the family;7.Parents should learn English with young children together.
