As is known to all, a good Chinese text book should not only pay attention to the arrangement of language content,the demonstration of Chinese culture is also important, and cultural knowledge will influence the understanding and use about Chinese language of Chinese learners in direct and indirect ways. Due to the lack of culture-teaching syllabus, the arrangement of culture content in Chinese book still need to be discussed.Based on the research of Chinese culture project in four Chinese text book, New Practical Chinese Textbook, Development Chinese, Boya Chinese, Practical Chinese, from the general principles of the teaching Chinese as a foreign language and compiling textbooks of the four sets of teaching materials of cultural projects conducted a comprehensive investigation and analysis, and combining with questionnaires to students interest in the project of Chinese culture and material culture project written supporting situation has carried on the comparison and analysis, found in the process of investigation analysis of the teaching material cultural advantages and disadvantages of project scheduling, and accordingly puts forward suggestions for the writing teaching material and cultural projects.This article maintains four parts. The first part is the introduction, explain reason of the research, review the status of culture, Chinese as a foreign language textbooks make overview, to illustrate the research object and methods, research purpose and innovation, etc. The second part is about the four sets of textbooks are now arranged cultural project of the specific analysis, on the basis of the first part of the theory, combined with the classification of the cultural project of the four sets of textbooks of statistics and analysis of the cultural project, and combined with culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language and compiling textbooks of systematic, stage, the principle of comparative analysis of teaching material of cultural project layout and evaluation. The third part is the overseas education college of Yangzhou University questionnaire analysis of 50 Chinese learners, the learner’s interest in Chinese culture project investigation and analysis, and combining with questionnaires to students interest in the project of Chinese culture and the actual teaching material cultural programs written in supporting situation, this paper compares and analyzes analysis of the teaching material cultural project arrangement is in line with the learners’ interest, to discover the rule and characteristics of teaching Chinese culture project writing and shortcomings. Finally, according to these data and the results of the analysis of teaching material cultural project to write recommendations.
