| India is a rising power in the world. It is also one of the most important neighbors ofChina. Thus, China pays much attention to the relation to India. In addition to the intercoursebetween the governments, CPC also takes active part in the communication with the politicparties in India. Among these inter-party relations, the relation between CPC and CommunistParty of India (Marxism)(CPI(M)) is a very important one which has a great effect on theSino-India relation. By analyzing the inter-party relation between CPC and CPI(M), this essayelucidates the importance of this relation and the reasons of this importance.
