By the survey office of the National Bureau of statistics in Ordos investigation as the research object, the author systematically the relevant motivation theory, combined with the National Bureau of statistics of Ordos investigation team functions, in the form of the questionnaire, the incentive to conduct questionnaire survey factors including the work itself, promotion, organization system, income and welfare, leadership, work environment, trust and authorization, interpersonal relations, through the questionnaire result analysis, incentive factors, the National Bureau of statistics Ordos civil service pay most attention to the work itself, promotion opportunities, income and welfare, to classify the different position, different age, different gender, the corresponding results obtained respectively; at the same time, the National Bureau of statistics of Ordos investigation team of civil servants work satisfaction analysis, results show that the overall satisfaction is77.3%, to the different rank, age, gender analysis. Through the survey results, the author put forward the improvement Ordos investigation team incentive mechanism in several suggestions.
