| As one of the important ways for the country to promote modernization, the focus and difficulty of its development are still concentrated in the vast rural society. How to promote the industrial transformation of rural society deserves deep consideration. The village party organization is the "leader" of rural social governance, and its leadership plays a key role in the development of rural industrial transformation.Speeding up the construction and transformation of rural industries can lay a solid foundation for the full realization of agricultural and rural modernization, and is of profound significance for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization. However,it is difficult to promote rural industrial transformation overnight, and even many villages have failed to achieve industrial transformation, resulting in a deadlock in the relationship between the cadres and the people, which also causes the leadership of village party organizations to fail to give full play to its effectiveness.Based on the industrial transformation of village D,this paper explores the influence mechanism of the leadership of village party organizations on industrial transformation,in order to provide a reference for the better realization of rural revitalization and the promotion of Chinese modernization. The main body of the article is divided into three parts. In the first part,at the early stage of industrial transformation, the expatriate village branch secretary initially formed autonomous leadership in role recognition, internal and external forces and multiple adaptations, taking the initiative to grasp the direction of village development and mobilizing villagers to develop new industries together. The second part is the promotion of industrial transformation, the village party organization transforms into administrative leadership under the administrative pressure of the higher government and the parcel of "bright village" construction, and the passive conduction of decision making and the information gap cause conflicts between the cadres and the group;the third part is the later stage of industrial transformation, the village party organization realizes its own role in continuous adaptation. The third part is the late stage of industrial transformation,in which the village party organization has realized its own role in continuous adjustment, and realized the conversion of cohesive leadership through three dimensions: balanced allocation of attention, timely and effective response and building emotional connection, and led villagers to realize localized industrial development. This paper takes the leadership of village party organizations as the research object, analyzes the mechanism of shaping leadership in three stages: the early stage of industrial transformation, the development stage, and the late stage of transformation, uses the "process-event" analysis method, introduces the progressive process of integrating direction, docking objects, and establishing ties in the governance field of grass-roots party organizations, and distills The study finds that in the process of rural revitalization, the leadership of the rural party organizations has been influenced by the process of industrial transformation. The study finds that the industrial transformation in rural revitalization needs to rely on the leadership of village-level party organizations to connect and adapt institutional resources with rural social resources in order to achieve the best governance effectiveness;the leadership of village-level party organizations does not remain unchanged, but tends to advance from the lower to the higher stage, and to transform from autonomous leadership to administrative leadership and finally to cohesive leadership.Among them, autonomous leadership is difficult to gain the trust of the masses due to its elite-dominated nature, and the configuration of administrative leadership needs to consider the top-down administrative assessment relationship and is subject to the interference of exogenous forces. In contrast, endogeneous leadership not only achieves successful industrial transformation by responding to the development needs of industries and activating mass participation, but also further converts the accumulation of mass trust into political recognition and active action, fully activating the effectiveness of rural governance. |
