In many ways, personnel selection, interview with its rich form has incomparableadvantages of other forms of examination, can be widely used, the interview thisevaluation form in the human resources field is a long history. Civil servant structuredinterviews in China, is the first reference to Western implement recruitment interviewsystem in the civil servant recruitment on the combination of the actual situation ofour country, an interview study innovation adjusted gradually formed, the formerState Ministry of personnel examination division in1996, stipulated in the civilservant recruitment examination in the full implementation of a structured interviewsurvey after years of practice, the application and development of the formation,commonly used in Chinese civil servant recruitment interview process.Because our country civil servant interview starts late, so the research in thetheory and practice is not very many, in the academic field are most of the currentcivil servant interview form development, research direction is relatively single, manyare aimed at a part of official interview questions, such as the life of the system, theexamination of the organization process. The selection and evaluation, examiners, andan important content of the civil servant interview is the study of the reliability andvalidity of the interview is not comprehensive and thorough, how to make theinterview to "identify good and bad, recruit more capable personnel" role in theselection of the civil servants, in-depth study and comprehensive analysis, put forwardto perfect plan it is necessary to.Based on the existing structured interview process as the main line, through theinformation retrieval, case analysis, expert interview, reasonable assumption method,detailed to civil servant structured interview the current practice in China is analyzed,in after years of development and progress, our country civil servants face trial in thelegal system, standardized, scientific etc. on the basis of civil servants, structuredinterview current matching, the examiner advanced assessment examination process,tightness in the exam position are discussed, on the basis of the analysis, put forwardin our current civil servant structured interview structured interview, further improvethe civil servants professional, improve the quality of examination proposition,constantly improve the examiner library, improve the professional level of theexaminer diversification, innovation evaluation methods, high validity of structuredinterview, strict process supervision, improve the reliability of structured interviewand so on, to improve the civil servant structured interview and enhance thegovernment’s credibility.
