A Study On The Development Of Community Service In Minority Communities Of Xi'an

Along with the deepening of social reforms, more and more researchers have poured into the community, the community population increasing, put forward new requirements for community, community can provide higher quality of community service. Our country is a multi-ethnic country is composed of 56 ethnic groups, the stability and development of minority areas of our country an important impact on the construction of a harmonious society. But because of the unique customs, culture of ethnic minorities, belief, minority communities there’s a big difference compared to the general community, and minority communities in community services has not only the demand of the general community, but also has its special demands.Xi’an is a city by 53 ethnic groups, hui xi "an has the largest number of ethnic minorities, own more than half of the proportion. X is a famous national model communities of the hui community, community since its establishment in 2001, carried out the service for the old, the disabled, education services, and a series of community service, and continuously meet the needs of community residents personalized, diversified. After nearly 20 years of exploration, the community has made some successful experience of community service, but there are still many shortcomings. This article through to the X community service status quo of the hui community investigation, summarizes the successful experience, analyzing on the problems existed in the community and the reason, and put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem, the development of xi "an ethnic minority community service as a reference.
