The reasons why these events occurred frequently are that our country food safety supervision department in the administrative law enforcement has some loopholes. Therefore, in order to ensure the china’s food industry development healthily and rapidly, and consumers can get high quality food in their daily life, therefore our country’s supervision department must improve the present situation of administrative law enforcement and optimize the administrative law enforcement system. And establish the related food safety system to suitable for china’s national conditions immediately.
