Study On Sustainable Development Of Reservoir Resettlement Plan

South-to-North Water Diversion Project is large water conservancy project, which is to fundamentally solve water resources shortage and serious groundwater extraction in the northern region of China. East Lake reservoir construction, mainly in order to regulate water consumption of dry line, to improve the level of assurance.East Lake Reservoir Project Resettlement involves3natural villages of Tang Wang town in Licheng District, permanent occupies1984.4acres of land. Licheng District, the aim of this study bingo in South of Taishan, north of the Yellow River, is the largest area of Ji’nan City area, is an important political, economic, and cultural centre of Eastern Ji’nan. Licheng District of East Lake reservoir project land area is large and concentrated, that reservoir submerged area is arable land and production land, which involved moved compensated projects is excessive, with strong policy color, complex,Resettlement physical survey is the basis of compiling resettlement scheme. The selection of resettlement modes is one of the important issues in resettlement.while choosing resettlement mode, some factors such as resettlement plan aims, resettlement environmental capacity, resettlers’human resources and so on must be taken into consideration.And, the principles of giving priority to land resettlement whit resettlement modes diversification, sustainable development and so forth should be abided by. The paper discusses the theory and the method of compiling resettlement scheme, and carries on the empirical research of the placement process of resettlement and environmental protection measures, the proposed increase late stage support development potential of agricultural resources protection of immigration in later life.Resettlement mode of East Lake reservoir shows that the monetary compensation and resettlement by land combined placement based at the same time according to the actual situation of reservoir area village supplemented by diversified ways of resettlement of rural migrants’resettlement of reservoir, is a successful model in the new period of reservoir resettlement. Put forward to protect the reasonable suggestions for sustainable development of the reservoir area.
