The Stratagem And Appraising Of Human Resource Exploitation In Power Corporation In Our Country

China State Grid Corporation of China (short for SGCC) is a large-scale power corporation in our country, which has an important status in the development of our national economy. In order to improve the international competence, the exploitation and management of human resource has become a key problem.This thesis in view of modem management science and the actual situation of SGCC has a detailed study on the relative material and data in-country and around-country. Adopting the system analysis of quantity and quality, this thesis, composed by five chapters, has a research on the stratagem and appraising of human resource exploitation in power corporation. These chapters are: 1) the research summary and the meaning of this thesis. 2) the analysis of current condition and strategy research of human resource exploitation. 3)the synthetical evaluation of human resource exploitation. 4) the research of selection and appraise of human resource exploitation ,the practical problems of selection and appraising of human resource exploitation in Tianjin Power Company. 5) the conclusion of the research.
