In modern society, technology is developing rapidly, economic globalization has got gradual process, social system has been changed unceasingly and the competition becomes more and more intense. All of these cause every employee feels that the rhythm of work has been accelerated and the difficulty of work has been enhanced. The issue of job stress has already begun to be paid high attention by all circles of society. Job stress is one of the significant factors which affects staff's work attitude even the behavior. The intense work activities and the heavy work burdens often affect staff's job attitude, then impact organizational effectiveness in different degrees. In order to improve staff's work and life quality and enhance the effectiveness of organizational activities, stress management has been paid attention gradually and becomes an important aspect of human resources management. So, for modern organizations, a variety of channels and strategies should be taken to reduce the level of staff's job stress and then perfect organizational management, enhance organizational efficiency. This requires modern organization should actively face the job stress issue, not only treat the stress symptoms, but also reduce the factors which job stress arising from —job sources. Therefore, it seems extremely essential to better understand the roots of staff's job stress and the different degrees of staff's job attitude caused by different stress sources.The research takes this as a starting point, investigates and analyzes the conditions of enterprise employee's job stress and job attitude by empirical research. Started from all kinds of possible job stress sources, analyzes and concludes main types of job stress, separately inspects the conditions of three aspects about job attitude: job satisfaction, job involvement and organizational commitment. Then, the research goes on to investigate the correlattvity between the job stress and job attitude, and demonstrates that different individual conditions have influence on the correlativity between them. On the basis of above analyses, the research introduces the intermediary variable— social support and makes a further research about whether there is reciprocity between job stress and intermediate variable (social support level), and whether this reciprocity can bring influence to the relationship between the job stress and job attitude. Thus, based on the research findings, recommendations on stress management are listed, hoping to provide helps and supports to enterprise hu-man resources management.
