Motivation Research Of Middle-class Managers In State-Owned Enterprise

As hard core and backbone of enterprise ,middle-class manager's importance isunassailable.They are exility resource and motivity.So it is very important toState-owned enterprise reform that corretly regarding middle-class manager andresearching into means on how to inspirit them.This article abstracts representative characters of middle-class manager, andsimply analyze current motivation system of enterprise on the base of inquisitionand research.Under classical theories direction,author bring forward themiddle-class manager′s motivation mechanism theoretical model.Considering boththeoretical model and practice,author farther works out detailed motivation project.Moreover, author adopt fuzzy evaluation method to prove motivation effect. Finally,a serial ofmotivation system for middle-class manager have been established.It has quiteoperation possibility.
