The Strip Mining Company of Hami Coal Group Co. Ltd was established in1962, which is a state-owned enterprise with coal mining and processing mainly.Facing the rapid change of environment and drastic competition, the compensationprovided to the staff should be reasonable, fair, satisfying, human, and manifest theknowledge, skill, post value and effectively inspired. Make sure the staff diligent,aggressive, pursuing knowledge, and that all the people of one mind to develop thecompany steadily. In the light of the fact of the company, the article analysisproduction status, existing problem, development goal, and proposed technical routeand innovation assumption of the compensation, besides, strictly carry on the post andperformance appraised on employee's responsibility, difficulty, skill request andcontribution, consequently ensure satisfying compensation. In the post andperformance evaluation, we adopt modern management science and quantitativeanalysis method to fix on post evaluation, index system and weight, on principlecombining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. On the basis of that, thecompensation management system is designed to provide reasonable compensation,inspirit the people and develop the enterprise performance and competitive ability.The primary research of this article: the first chapter is introduction of proposingthe significance, main task and relative basis of the research. The second chapter putforward status and compensation innovation of the company, diagnosis ondevelopment contradiction as well as compensation innovation route. The thirdchapter proposes the post appraisal index system and weight model, and mainlydetermines appraisal factor, standard and establishes the post value appraisal system.The fourth chapter includes performance of the company. According to the postdescription, it carries on choosing and design to the performance index system andweight. The fifth chapter sets forth compensation based on performance and post. Thecompensation management and assignment are confirmed on the fact of the company.
