Along with the effectiveness of the customer relationship manager system in the domestic commercial banks, the customer relationship manager team plays a more and more important role for the development of the commercial banks. How to manage the team? What incentive mechanism to be implemented to motivate the managers to make efforts, which is align with the directive of the bank advantages. It becomes a issue that we have to deal with seriously.The text looks on China Construction Bank Luoyang Branch' s customer manager as investigate object. Firstly, some theories are discussed to support the design of the customer manager performance appraisement. Secondly, based on the analysis of present performance assess and encourage system at Luoyang Branch of China Construction Bank , find out indicating existent problem and cause of formation at system to show the feasibility and practical meaning of the system' s redesign. Lastly, from the present problems, establish a customer manager' s comprehensive performance appraisement which EVA is its nuclear achievement assessing index and the balanced scorecard is its frame including customer satisfaction , internal management procedure , study and growth with some analysis method such as demonstration method , contrast method and AHP' s standpoint. At the end, the paper makes out some matched measures to practise the project.As the research subject is a region branch of national commercial bank. The conclusion has the reference value for other national commercial bank.
